The GriefShare support group does not meet this week due to Mother’s Day. We will resume meeting next Sunday at 1 pm in Room 100, next to the nursery. This week’s topic is “Heaven.”
You are invited and encouraged to attend an All-Church Meeting following the 2nd service next Sunday on May 17. PB UMC needs to discuss the Southern Cross Project to update the facilities, hear a report from the Readiness 360 group, and discuss having a pastoral intern at the church. The youth will hold a pancake breakfast on Sunday, May 24. Breakfast will start at 7:45 and end at 10:30. Cost will be $5 for folks 12 and up, $3.50 for children 3-11. Please reserve your seats (for planning purposes) next Sunday, the 17th.
Bodhi Tree Concerts present an afternoon of Latin Jazz on March 31 here at PB UMC. All profits for this concert will be presented to San Diego teachers to further the arts for students. See page 8 of your Beach Breeze for more information.
