Due to unfortunate circumstances, the August Beach Breeze was unable to be mailed this month. Please pick up a copy from the entry area and, if you know of someone who needs a copy but is unable to get to church, please take one to deliver as well. Thank you.
The youth will have an outing to the Zoo on Tuesday, the 25th. Also, be sure to attend church next Sunday, when the youth will lead our worship.
Our Storefront Ministry to homeless teens will take place this Wednesday, the 26th. Please contact Joan or Susie if you would like to help with this dinner.
The annual Fun in the Sun picnic is next week! It will be held at the same place as usual on Paradise Point in the middle of Mission Bay. If you have not done so already, be sure to register for the event. Cost is $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 for children, and $30 for families. The picnic will start at noon and run until 3 pm. If you are willing to help, please contact the church office.
We will be producing the Beach Breeze in-house starting in September. We need 3-4 volunteers for approximately 2 hours, once a month to help with folding. Please contact the church office if you would like to help. Thank you!
