During the Advent and Christmas season, we are often moved to give to those who may have very little during this season. Several options are available.
For our Project Grace Guests
For the last few years we have provided cards in order for Wed night guests to choose one or two to send out to their family. We have cards left over from last year, but are in need of stamps. If you are able to help, just bring your donation of stamps to church on Sunday and give to Kathleen M. or Dee B.
We would also love to continue the tradition of giving gifts out to our guests. This year that will be on Wed, Dec. 20. The favorite gifts are NEW socks, new or gently used and clean hats, scarves, gloves, jackets, basically warm clothes. We also give out toiletries which we try to keep on hand all year. The most requested toiletries are disposable razors, deodorant, small packs / individually wrapped feminine hygiene products (which we save for when ladies ask for them). However all unused travel size items are useful. The youth will have a box out to collect donations in the church Narthex. Please help us give others a cozy Christmas. Holiday Toy Drive for UCSD’s Clinic Patients/Families
The UCSD Student-Run Free Clinic Project provides accessible, quality healthcare for the underserved communities in San Diego County in a respectful environment in which students, health professionals, patients, and community members work as a team. For this holiday season, volunteers have organized a donation-based Toy Drive for patients with the hope of making this holiday season a warm and jolly one for the underserved families in this community.

- Please bring wrapped gifts to the PB UMC office by Wednesday, December 13th. Be sure the gift is labeled with the gift ID #.
