Our Project Grace Thanksgiving meal, with all the trimmings, will be held on November 21st this year. We have a need for donations of approximately twenty (20) cooked turkeys to serve to our guests. We will also need people to help carve, serve the meal, cut pies, pour drinks, clean-up after the event, and just sit and talk with our guests. If you are willing to cook a turkey (or two) as a donation, please sign up on the list that will be in the church entry area before and after worship, starting Sunday, October 28th.
We ask that the cooked and sliced turkeys be delivered to the church on Sunday, November 18th, or Thursday morning, November 20th. If you are willing to donate a turkey but cannot cook it, please deliver the turkeys no later than Sunday, November 11th, so there will be ample thawing time for any that are frozen.
